"I was calling on behalf of my 86 year old Mother. Dr. Clower did NOT seem to care AT ALL. He even sounded as if he may have been drinking at 9am! When I told him she dislocated her hip and we are out of state He told me well "sounds like you have a problem"...duhhh There isn't any way to give zero stars."
