"It states this clinic opens at 8am on Saturdays but when we arrived, we learned they are not open on weekends."

"Today is Saturday I went there. I was not feeling good there was no patient parlking lot was mt . after registration I sit 55 minutes 2 more patients came for flu and lab they done and gone no one inside patient I was keep waiting I asked counter table why they are not calling me she said I don’t know. There was no patient inside but not taking me. I asked counter lady if they don’t want treat me I need money back she didn’t take one second she gave me money back . Bad service very bad service I will not suggest people to go Selma urgent care because very bad service"

"I was charged $65 for a Covid test. After receiving my results, I shared with the doctor, my symptoms. He stated, “It’s pollen. You have sinus problems.” He never examined me. He then stated, “I will call in a prescription. Which pharmacy do you use?” The prescription was never called in. I am so disappointed. Please be advised this is the third incident I’ve encountered with this doctor and this facility. I’ve documented each incident and will act accordingly."

"I have made 2 visits at Urgent Care Selma within the last 6 months and the service was AWESOME. I was very please on my last visit which was for a stomach virus and I was beyond satisfied with the service provided besides just giving me prescriptions. I was treated with IV fluids and felt so much better after leaving. Kudos to the Urgent Care Doctor & staff..."
