"The slowest rudest most nonchalant er ever how can you literally have people waiting all day stroke symptoms there is no triage nurse and they pick and choose don't matter what time you got here. They just don't care and every other hospital is so far you take a risk trying to get there"

"Worst place ever. Was in ER this weekend and there was dried blood and diarrhea on the frame of the bed. It smelled in there. The ignorant doctor said nothing was wrong with me. I left and went to Pratville where I was admitted for septic blood. If I had stayed in Selma, I would have died! Update: This place is a joke! I called the 4417 number and the woman blew me off. Said they didn't need my business. I tried the other number they gave and there's too many digits. They don't want to hear from anyone. I'm taking my complaints to the State and Joint Commission. I suggest everyone follow suit!"

"Worst hospital I have ever been to in my entire life. Waiting almost 4 hours with a child and nurses just keep passing by with no updates. You all really need to work on your customers service because it sucks. Your nurses have very nasty attitudes and need new professions because they lack compassion. I was told I should've just went to Montgomery by a nurse, which was clearly unprofessional. I will not be back. I would rather drive 45 minutes to another city."

"I am currently here with my child. This hospital needs new everything. The elevator got stuck...they have old machines and devices... the pharmacy was extremely slow about bringing my daughter her antibiotics and had me thinking it was the nurses on the floor but it was them but told me she had been sent the antibiotics. Whoever it was...which most likely was the pharmacy...I feel like are not too concerned about the health and well being of my child to withhold medication or bring them on their time. This hospital needs a random inspection and not an advance notice. They also need to have an undercover patient so they can see how they really treat people here in Selma Alabama"

"I recently had a mammogram done at Vaughn regional medical Center and I have nothing but the highest of praise for everyone that I came into contact with at the clinic. From the time I walked in the door until I walked out was probably less than 30 minutes. Everyone was doing their job effectively and with a smile on their face. Please consider Vaughn for your next procedure and don't forget to get this done your life may depend on it."
