"The nurses do not call you back, and the secretary fails to deliver correct messages. I waited for over 6 days for a simple prior approval form, that could be handled over the phone, in less than 5 minutes!.(still did not get this corrected) If you choose this doctor be prepared to do the job of their nurses, insurance representatives, secretaries, and physicians.. Very displeased, If you have medication needs DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!!"
