"Cyrin is very professional and knows what he’s doing. He cut my boys hair just like I ask him too. He also cut my hair and I absolutely love it, he’s one of the best in the shop. I highly recommend."
"David put on a clinic! Killed it in all manners, staff was amazing all around, highly recommended to anyone! First experience and I'll be back for sure! Thanks again"
"Such a quality fade! The barber shop is clean and well-run. Highly recommend!"
"Such a great place to get a haircut! Can't go wrong with any of the barbers! But my go to are David and Tee!"
"First time and LAST time customer. I get there at 5:15pm mind you that I drove 30 minutes to get this haircut because a friend recommended I get my haircut from "AZ." I get inside and was greeted by AZ. He then asks if I had an appointment and with who - I told him yes, and that it's with AZ at 5:30pm. An overweight African American woman cutting a customers hair starts raising her voice and saying "who AZ? who AZ?" Clearly AZ is the person that I booked my appointment with on the booksy app so how do you not know who AZ is? He (AZ) then starts looking at his schedule and told me he that he double booked me with someone else and that was a system glitch of some sort. Ok I understand that so I asked if he could cut my hair since I was there before the guy and I arrived early. He then proceeds to call the other appointment who did not answer his phone. Then proceeds to ask me if I would accept getting my haircut from "Briana." I was reluctant at first but I really needed an haircut so accepted. Briana did a decent job nothing that blew me away - lacked basic barber etiquette never even showed me how the back of my hair looked after she was done cutting it - asked me to look in the mirror myself. However why if your system had a glitch you offer me to have my haircut by someone who I didn't make my appointment with and I was there before the other guy. Terrible customer service experience when he should have cut my hair first and have the other guy go to Briana when he would shown up. I guess that's what happens when you're not a regular customer and they know it. I will definitely not be returning and the owners do not know much about customer service skills/experience. Also the seating area for customers has really outdated chairs that have stains on them and are very worn - seems like they do not get cleaned often."
