"I switched from Bill Kosick Jr Allstate to Nicole cause her office seemed to listen to my needs. A couple years later my rates on my car insurance went up 40% with no accidents. I reached out on the phone and asked about it. The person that answered said she’d call back once they look into it. A few days later, still no call. I reach out via email, I advise Nicole I want to cancel my insurance as I just can’t afford Allstate. She said she understood and that was the end of the back and forth. Fast forward to the end of this year, Nicole decided only to cancel my car insurance and not my homeowners, so my house payment is going up as she never issued the refund. I reach out via phone and here I am 3 days later with no call back as promised. Girl on phone started, we will call you back in a few once we look into it. It’s likely she just thought you meant car. As a person that works in customer care…I always send out a confirmation email “to confirm we are canceling just your car insurance?” No, I didn’t get that. Don’t bother calling this agent, her office doesn’t bother calling back. They just hope you’ll drop it."
