"I am absolutely livid with the abhorrent service I received from Acceptance Insurance. They’re nothing but a pack of conniving thieves preying on unsuspecting customers. Initially, I begrudgingly shelled out $600 to initiate a policy for my vehicle. But when I attempted to add a second vehicle, that’s when the real scamming began. Chantel, the incompetent excuse for an agent, had the audacity to demand a whopping $900 as an initial deposit for the second vehicle. Are you kidding me? It’s bad enough I have to deal with your outrageous fees, but to be blindsided with this extortionate demand is beyond unacceptable. What’s truly despicable is Chantel’s deliberate omission of crucial information. She conveniently “forgot” to mention that I could have avoided this ludicrous deposit by simply including both vehicles on the initial policy. Clearly, honesty and transparency are alien concepts to Acceptance Insurance and its deceitful minions. To anyone even considering wasting their time and hard-earned money on Acceptance Insurance, I have one piece of advice: run. Run far, far away from this den of vipers. Don’t be fooled by their facade of legitimacy; they’re nothing but crooks with a fancy logo. Avoid them like the plague unless you enjoy being swindled and treated like dirt."
