"No after hours Emergency staff available. Our horse had a terrible accident over the weekend. NO weekend staff available. The lady that answered was rude to my niece and laughed when she in a panic mode, tried to explain what was wrong and what happened to her horse. Her response... sorry Sha is in TN..hope ya find help. If you advertise as a full on ANIMAL HOSPITAL..BE there when you are needed!! Called Till Newell, they were on the scene in 30 minutes!!"
