"My son is autistic. We thought he had pink eye, due to my wife having it. She was in a couple days before for treatment. We tried to get him some eye drops called in so we wouldn’t have to go to the clinic…. However, since he had never been there they insisted we bring him in. My son is non verbal and squeals when he gets excited. They come into the office and of course he realizes there is an echo so he squeals. Beamon sends a nurse out to shut my son up. My wife apologizes and the staff is very understanding. They get back to the exam room Beamon shows up and or course here we go with a squeal…. Beamon looks at my 6 year old son sticks his fingers in his ears and says, “ I can’t handle that.” My wife apologizes and explains that our son is autistic. His respond is, “I know.” Then he proceeds to tell her how he heard that they were able to cure autism in rats and we should look into that study. Wonder if he tried to peddle his book or that stupid concoction of a shot that he invented…. 0 out of 10 would not recommend…."
