She spends the time her patients need. She doesn’t do a 3 minute ‘Hi .. take these pills .. Bye’ treatment. She’s so easy to talk to because she listens and really cares about your treatment plan. The reason she stays busy is because she is the BEST!"

"Dr. Mcillwain is a good doctor and thorough. But if you’re going to see her be ready to wait a long time in the waiting area because that is what I had to do not once but twice! And don’t expect the staff to keep you informed of when you will be seen or why you are waiting so long out in the waiting area. The staff needs training on how to treat the patient and keep them informed also if I have a specific time to see the doctor I expect to be seen at that times and not wait one hour later to be called back to the examine room!"
