"Moved to Waynesboro, Ms from Georgia and tried this clinic. I had to find another pediatrician because this clinic NEVER answeres the phone. It is hard to schedule an appointment. They have a text msg line but noone responds. If you leave a msg on the answering machine, nobody calls you back. The Pediatrician, was nice and had good communication skills with patients. Any clinic or doctor office setting I have been to, always answers your call. This place has poor appointment setting and the people that work in the front office are never busy. I don't know why they can not answer the phones. The 3 times I did go to this clinic there was at the most 3 people in the waiting area. Not a busy clinic. And who wants to text a number with personal information and not know who or where that personal information is being sent to. Ridiculous!"
