"I was a walk-in, it wasn’t busy at all. I wanted a layered cut and some bangs. She washed my hair and conditioned it. She pulled my hair while she “brushed” it. She didn't use a detangler so my hair was breaking off because she brushed from the top of my head. She did a choppy cut and half dried my hair with the blow dryer. I had to go home and fix the unevenness. I paid $50 because she washed and “dried” it. For a rushed cut when it was not even busy it’s not even worth it."
