"Easy in and easy out. Check-in is done on their kiosk but, should someone need help, the receptionist is friendly and ready to step in at any time. Dr. Jay was running behind because of so many sports related injuries from the previous night’s Jacksonville State football game. Once he walked into the exam room, he was thoughtful and took his time answering all my questions. Main thing to me: I do not need hip surgery! Hooray"
"I went to the Gardendale office. Signing in was a little difficult. They only had one kiosk and it was very crowded that day. But it is football season so I understand. And they were in the process of changing patient record systems and I had to update my information. The front desk person, Candy, was very helpful and nice. Dr Jay and his trainers were very nice and efficient."
