"All of the staff was so kind to my scared girl. She’d never been to the vet before and was very nervous hearing other dogs barking and being around new people but the techs and vet himself were patient and gentle with her. Another plus was the cost, we had a new patient exam and some vaccines and I was honestly expecting to spend about triple the amount I did but was pleasantly surprised by my cost. I’d definitely recommend Gardendale Pet Clinic to anyone looking for quality affordable pet care."

"The biggest criticism I have is that you have to wait a long time once you get there for your appt (small building that gets lots of business) and that there is NOT enough parking for the amount of people that come. Many people park in a neighboring lot or in the grass. But, if your pets are up to date on shots then you can drop them off in the morning on your way to work for a bath or shots-then pick them up on the way home. It's also super simple to use the PetDesk app to set up appointments and keep track of your pets records. They are good about updating app and calling or messaging you if there are any problems.They were super sweet to my anxious kitty and big pup when he was unsure. Overall, it's a great vet to go to in Gardendale if you need one."
