"Worst customer service!! Be prepared to sit on hold for 35+ minutes just to leave a message for the nurse to potentially get a call back. I’ve been a patient for over 15 years and it’s just gotten worse over the years. Look elsewhere if you’re looking for care. Terrible!!!!"

"Watch out for extra billing- I received a random bill after a covered wellness exam. I answered the routine questions always asked by the nurse and doctor and was later billed claiming that was outside the scope of the wellness exam. When I called, billing informed me this is a new change, but couldn’t necessarily answer why routine wellness questions are now being billed superfluously outside of insurance. She was semi-rude, but I guess I would be too if I had to answer for this type of extra billing inquiries."

"After receiving poor care from a provider at another practice, I was referred to Dr. Murray and Dagan by my primary care physician. They have worked with me and advocated for me since day one. The care that they show their patients and their immaculate attention to detail is unmatched. Under their care, I finally was given the answers I have been searching for since high school in the form of a PCOS diagnosis. Their assistance in the management of my symptoms has been phenomenal and my husband and I were blessed with the birth of our son earlier this year. Throughout my pregnancy and postpartum journey, they have been available to answer every question and have made every effort to address every concern I have had. As someone who works in the medical field married to a husband with an engineer brain, I appreciate how both Dr. Murray and Dagan skillfully provide patient education while forming a relationship with their patients, explaining diagnoses and treatment plans in a way that we both can understand. During my delivery, Dr. Murray was not only my physician, but also my greatest advocate, helping throughout the process to get our son here in the safest way possible for the both of us. "I absolutely love Dr. Murray and her staff! I have never felt uncomfortable with any of them and always feel that I am getting the best treatment. I always ask questions and have never felt rushed or like my questions are irrelevant to her. I leave the office understanding my treatment plan and knowing that if I have any concerns I can either call and talk to the nurse (which is also amazing), or simply come by. Not to mention, getting my refills is always a breeze — I use the clinic for women patient portal to communicate with the nurse and get almost immediate responses from her!
