"You can leave a message to be seen as referral from your primary doctor. Doesn't matter. After days of my sweet mother trying to get an appointment for my dad.. She heard nothing from them. Not even a courtesy call. I called number from the website, left message, hung up. Within minutes a woman calls me. Very unpleasant stating she went back through call logs and never received a call from my parents. She told me there is a 40+ waiting list and they should call Grayson & Associates. I asked her to call my parents with this information and she said "no.. She's not a patient" In which I responded, "neither am I but you called me" As common courtesy this place should let people know that they are being refused so they can move on. I really don't want anyone that I care about to go to this place"
