"Not impressed with this place, staff don't know what the other is doing, the place is like a maze already and they don't tell you where to go. The lab side told us we don't know what goes on we just do the lab orders even if they need it or not. Told us appointment was at 130 but the reminder call told us 2:00, front desk didn't look into it. Waited an hour and a half. Honestly, look elsewhere if you can. Place just seems like a money grab for your insurance. Update: They sent a bill for $300 for the visit to just tell my mother they couldn't do anything. I would watch these people. Definitely a money grabbing place for insurance."

"Great experience here seeing the hematologist. Dr. Barlow is a huge asset to the Shoals area. He is attentive, kind, and takes time to explain what is going on. Give him a raise! I was scared when I had to see a hematologist because of abnormal blood work. He made the process smooth. Front desk, lab staff, and nurses were nothing but kind to me as well. I have a lot of medical issues and this place stands out as a great experience among a lot of other bad ones."
