"First of all let me say how rude this doctor is and he never returns phone calls. I saw him with abd pain and he was suppose to order me a CT of the abd I called his office 4 times and left messages for him to call. Have yet to receive a phone call about that, so I saw my primary doctor. second my uncle sees him on a reg basis or did. he has mcr and a secondary policy that pays all deductibles and copays well this office bills him for stuff that the 2nd ins has paid and for stuff they never sent to the ins. this stupid doctor calls me to debate this issue with me. grant it I do medical billing and know the guidelines. and I had talked with both insurance companies. he calls me to debate this bill, he says that Medicare is resp for sending the bill to the secondary and if they don't then the patient is resp for the bill. what a crock of BS. you never bill a patient when the ins has paid and when you haven't submitted a bill!!!! his office person Naomi is the rudest thing she insisted that the patient didn't have coverage and the patient owed the money. I called uhc and they laughed and said she didn't know what she was talking about. SO MORAL OF THIS STORY NEVER NEVER EVER GO TO THIS CLINIC TO BE SEEN. HE DOESN'T HAVE TIME FOR HIS PATIENTS ALL HE WANTS IS YOUR MONEY AND YOUR INSURANCE MONEY. EVERYONE THAT DOES CHOOSE TO BE SEEN AT THIS CLINIC MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BILLS BECAUSE THIS CLINIC DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO BILL INSURANCE COMPANIES!!!!! BEST THING I CAN SUGGEST IS NEVER GO TO THIS CLINIC. GO TO MEDCENTER SOUTH ITS CLOSE BY! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY HUNGRY MAN WHO TREATS ELDERLY PEOPLE WRONG."
