"My son has already submitted a review but I will as well, not so much about the haircut but does Ian have to use the F bomb numerous times while cutting a 16 year old's hair? When we walked in Ian was sitting in his chair on his phone until at least 7 minutes past the appt time. He clearly was distracted and didn't pay a bit of attention to what my son requested and the picture he showed him. My son is now embarrassed and doesn't even want to go to school. Off to find another barber now..."
"Just went here at 4 pm today to get a cut. I went to this place about 4 weeks ago and asked for a low taper fringe. Got exactly what I wanted and was very happy with it. Back to today, I went in and showed the barber, Ian, the exact cut from last time and said I want a low taper with but leave some more length on the front. I showed him to leave it at the eyebrows. He finished up cutting my hair and I look at the mirror and I dont even have a taper on my sideburns. My bangs are at least an inch above my eyebrows which i clearly indicated that i didnt want touched. I have razor marks on the back of my head. Im not sure what has changed in the last 4 weeks but all i can say is im very upset and disappointed."
"Mixed emotions. I hate stupid policies but I like the shop. Elise gives a fantastic haircut. Its cash only but they require a credit card to make a reservation. If you want to be a cash only shop fine but embrace it. If you require me to use a credit card to do business with you then let me use it for everything. The current policy is 100% about the owner and 0% about the customer."
"This place does an incredible job! Super friendly, and Kelso was more than patient with me as I fumbled through a description of what I wanted and showed him pictures similar to the style I was hoping to achieve. Also, it's very reasonably priced. Keep in mind they are cash only and do not take cards. There was an atm nearby but it might be best to bring cash with you so you can avoid the atm fee. The pictures are from the day after I got the haircut, and you can definitely tell how good of a job Kelso did!"
