"My mother got there 30 minutes late because the appointment was booked at 3 but she got an email that the apt was at 2:30. (We live 30 mins away) We called and expressed this issue with them and we told them that we would pay extra for them to get us in today because we have a baby shower tomorrow in chicago as my mother is 8 months pregnant. When we got there he was still doing someones hair. My mom sat there for an hour before he told her that her locs were helpless and that she needed to restart. Not only that but he demanded a $50 late fee without doing her locs or even touching her hair. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Not only are they unprofessional, but the prices aren't worth the experience."
