"EMERGENCY RELIEF:Great customer service. And if you say that’s what they are paid to do then the receptionists at Blue River Dental do their job very well. Seemed caring and when I had an Emergency, they fit me in same day. When I walked in the receptionists were so nice and helpful. As I sat down and filled out my paperwork I noticed the pictures of the employees and their families. And noticed more pictures on the computer monitors of employees and families. Which I enjoyed to see. Much better than a germ ridden magazine rack and a bunch of Framed Amazon posters. Made it more personal. Felt like it was a great group of professionals. My assistant, McKenzie was nice, professional and genuine. The lady that came and gave me the numbing shot was so gentle I hardly felt the needle enter my gums. Everyone I ran into was nice and had great smiles as I grimaced in pain. Lol. But the star of my experience was the dentist, Betsy Crandall, DDS. She did an amazing job with my tooth extraction. Very impressive. I definitely nominate her for any Dentist Award out there. It was a perfect experience to my terrible situation. They even checked in on me and got me all the help I needed, days after my visit. I know who I am calling first next time. Everybody needs to check this place out. Answered all my questions with explanations I understood. They gave me great care, and gave me their suggestions as to what I needed. No pressure, but gave me estimates also to help make up my mind.
