"The doctor and Danielle was very nice and gentle with my visit I got my tooth crowned and I would recommend them to do that for anybody"
"My husband and I did not have a good experience today. The lady doing x rays was very nice, well mannered and sweet. The lady who was supposed to polish our teeth did a terrible job. She actually only tapped on some teeth and told me I was done, totally missing the back teeth. Barely even heard the motor. Just a brief buzz hear and there. She did not clean or polish near the gum line. And she did not even use the dental floss that was on the tray. My husband had the same lady and she did not polish each tooth completely either. She attempted to floss his teeth, but when she couldn't get through a few of his teeth , she just stopped and didnt even attempt the rest. I have never received such poor service in my life."
"DR MAZONAS RETIRED! THIS IS NO LONGER HIS PRACTICE. Don’t be fooled when Google reroutes you to this practice. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because negative isn’t an option. I cannot begin to list all the problems with this practice, but I’ll try. 1, I got 2 extractions top & bottom, ended up with dry socket & infection. Not meds. 2, I paid more than originally quoted. 3, when I did go back for the dry socket and infection, the dentist told his assistant she could leave the room (seemed shady to me). 4, they’re calling me after 2 months saying my insurance isn’t valid. I’ve had the same insurance for decades. 5, I now have a broken piece of tooth protruding from my gum where he dug out the infection…again without anything for pain. I finally saw a reputable dentist who is going to have to cut my gum open to remove the broken tooth left inside my original extraction. This dentist is NOT anything like Mazonas, not even close! My daughter had dental work and again, she paid more than originally quoted only to receive a bill demanding more money. This is the most unorganized, unprofessional healthcare practice I’ve ever been to in the United States. I will be reaching out to mine and my daughters insurance to ask questions."
"I had 3 extractions exactly 2 weeks ago. I followed directions from a sheet which they provided. I drink daily from a straw, gave that up for 36 hours even though they recommended 24. No pain medication was given. Highly recommond them ! I am back in office today to start proceeding on replacement teeth. A plus No insurance and we came to agreement"
"My husband and I each got a crown. Mine went OK, it was more expensive than originally quoted but so far no problems. But my husbands had nothing but problems. His temporary fell out after about 6 hours. 6 hours. They sometimes fall out but usually not that fast, this was simple incompetence. But OK, everyone makes mistakes. We had to run out and buy a temporary repair kit, because this happened on a Friday after they closed and they had no weekend hours. He goes in on Monday and they check it and it seems the temp kit did the job, they do nothing, just leave it. After a few weeks we get our permanent ones put in. His permanent one falls out the very next day. We go to our trusty temp kit, cause of course it's a Saturday, but we can't fit it in so he goes all weekend without. I promptly leave a message on Saturday when it happens. It's now Monday at 4pm. He went there directly after work as I said in the message, they had no idea he was coming because they didn't bother to check their messages. They told us to call If there was a problem, but if they don't answer the call because they're not there and they don't check their messages then what? So we spend over $2000, we get no apology, we get no discount, we get nobody checking their messages we get nothing. I suggest you find another dentist."
