"I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to health stuff and every-time I go there everyone meets me with open arms and does what it takes to make me comfortable. It’s been a long time since I have found a doctor who makes me feel safe. I appreciate Dr. Taylor and all her staff. They are always patient and caring when treating me."

"Horrible experience here. Probably the least cared for I’ve ever felt at a doctors office. My whole appointment was rushed, they barely did what was required on my school paperwork, and they were going to send me out without my blood work before I reminded them I needed it. Was told one price on the phone, got charged $30 more than that at the clinic, and then got another bill for even more money after the fact. If I had just known from the get go it wouldn’t be a problem, but charging me over double the original price I was told is not okay. And then they wouldn’t own up to all the mistakes. Got hung up on and had to call back when I was trying to figure out the discrepancies with my billing."

"My son got to the Dr office at 12:35 and finally got into see the Dr at 1:32. The waiting time is ridiculous a patient shouldn’t have to wait more than 20 minutes. Patient service has gone out the door. Patients time is as important as the Dr office. I will never be a patient at this clinic."

"My appointment was at 9:00 am. I was not even taken back until 9:40 am. The most frustrating part was that the nurses were all just standing around gossiping and not doing their job. They were aware that I was fasting for my blood work yet I didn’t get it done until over an hour after my appointment time."

"Best clinic in Columbus by far. Mollie and Nina are a great care team. My children love them and they make us feel like family. I am not normally one that leaves reviews but my children and I have been seen multiple times with no problems and they have always provided us excellent care. Thank you for your excellent service and support to our community to include our military members and families. :)"
