"I will never go back to Sally she is very money hunger and will switch prices the day of to make u pay more if she think you got money. Her braids average 220 and that’s been her prices now all of a sudden she wanna try to charge 350 and say the price went up that day when that’s not true because the girl next to me paid 220 so I’m confused on the prices. Then I asked for my braids to be middle back she did them shoulder length and still charged full price. She is a rip off and this salon use to be good to go to but her sales have Decline due to her braiders DONT KNOW HOW TO DO KNOTLESS. She tried to charge me 350 for knotless when these are not knotless her idea of knotless is braiding your real hair a little then adding weave that’s not the correct technique. Even her staff call her money hunger and asked her not to do that to clients that they already started braiding they hair. I will never go back to Sally and hopefully this help someone else she is a rip off. Don’t go to this place go to Rama on 38th Emerson."

"Horrible experience. All they are worried about is the money. They consider strands apart of the length. They show you two twist and tuck them to the back while working. I knew the lady messed up on the length because she kept speaking in a different language to the other lady pulling into the back to show her. So they both were doing one length in the beginning and tried to switch it up after I mentioned it to them in the middle of already doing half of my hair. Then when I spoke to Sally at the end about it they all became argumentative and started saying the lady doesn’t speak English. Who’s problem is that? They were more concerned about having to refund the money versus handling the problem. Then tell me strands are a part of the length and they don’t burn the twist at the end. I’ve already had some unraveling. I end up letting my bank handle the refund. I suggest anyone going not to pay until after their service is complete so you can make sure you’re getting what you paid for."
