"I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like I should share my experience here. For years I've went to SC for Veteran's Day haircuts. I came here for 2023, having never been to this store. Apparently this store is one of the ones that do not participate in that. First one I've ever seen in all my years as a Vet. That's fine, but they should disclose that to customers before chasing WW2 Vets outside to pay for their haircut. This very old gentleman looked as confused as I did, which made me ask about the Veteran's Day haircut before they touched my hair and that's where it got some what upsetting. The lady in charge there just looked at me as if I was an idiot and just said they didn't do that. So here I am at Great Clips getting a free haircut from a wonderful lady while I write this review. Do better SportsClips."

"Chasity was my son's stylist and he just absolutely loves her. The haircut is exactly like he likes it and she makes sure to pay attention to detail. Conversation was soft, and easy. I will definitely be coming back to see Chasity."

"Went in last night and it was not busy at all. The gal who cut my hair had only been on the job a month. Didn't really follow my requests and sparingly used scissors in favor of a razor. Lines are slanted and my hair is probably one of the worst cuts over the last 12 years I've gone here. I had no faith it would improve if i spent further time in that chair. It's not the first time my experience has been less than ideal but this location has just gone downhill the last couple years. They should close or look to fix their culture/retention rate. I can genuinely say the Brownsburg location is a far better experience than the one at Raceway & U.S.36."

"Had scheduled online appointment for 523. Online says they close at 6pm. I pull up door is locked and lights are off. What's the point of having online hours posted if your employees are just gonna do what they want?"

"Had an absolutely horrible experience at this location. The manager insisted on knowing my adopted son’s ethnicity, and did not pick up on subtle or even blatant cues to drop the subject in front of my child. No empathy or understanding for the situation. Left both my child and I very upset with the experience."
