"I’ve been to this location countless times for lunch and dinner. It’s great for groups. I’ve eaten downstairs but mostly upstairs because there is a lot more space for groups. I had dim sum as well as the regular menu. I saw the complaints people had, and they really need to stop ordering the same Americanized Chinese dishes. Part of the experience is being able to try new items that you don’t normally eat. Otherwise, you might as well go to Panda Express to get your standard orange chicken and fried rice. The food here is actually pretty good if you know what to order. For parking, if you parked in the two big lots then you can validate your ticket after eating. Instead of $15-16, it’ll be like $2. If you go late at night, you can park in that much smaller parking lot behind Minghin. It’s free. You order on the piece of paper or tablet, not difficult. It’s about the same as ordering at kiosks at other places. Service is not bad. They don’t need to smile, just need to bring out your food and refill your drinks. I had many servers there that didn’t smile but the service was always fast. Yes, they bring out one dish at a time, not altogether. I’ve been to many, many types of restaurants. Even some American ones also bring one dish out at a time, not a hard concept to understand."

"Pros : One of the best restaurants in China twon Chigoco. The interior design is pure Chinese and all the staff too. There's many varieties of Chinese plates with delicious soup and appetizers. You can order your meal through the tablet on your table. Staff is professional. The quality of the food is very good for a such experience. Prices is okay for the quality provided. Overall rating is 08/10. Cons: It's became crowded over the weekends. Otherwise can't complain."

"It’s been five years since my visit here. The menu has grown and included now many dim sum options. The pan fried potstickers were good, the egg custards too. The ham and cheese buns were not and should be avoided. Service was below average and some effort was required to overcome language barrier and gain attention. Open until midnight!"

"It was our first time here, and this place is decently not too bad. I ordered the shrimp dumplings, chicken fried rice, and fried pork. The fried pork was good but super moist (wish it came with some spicy sauce or something instead of sugar). The fried rice was okay, it needs a little more flavor though. The shrimp dumpling was super good however. Overall, the place is okay. It seems quite fancy and prices come out to be pretty high (around $30-$50 or more). I would not eat here again, considering the price and the food (not too impressed). The service was good however!"
