"The staff is very friendly, but Dr Zidan is rude! I didn't like him when my kids were on medicaid in 2015 & switched Drs back then. Fast forward a few years later, I knew some of the staff, & now that my kids were a few years older, I let them see him a few times & honestly nothing has changed! He has a very bad attitude to be a pediatric dr & especially the way I have heard him speaking to his staff!"

"I'm a Trans female. The doctors are very nice but the office staff talk about me and Crack jokes behind glass as if I can't hear them. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable for me. The receptionist intentionally doesn't schedule my appointments and does nothing but make problems for me."

"Receptionist at the walk-in office is very nice. When you go to the back, the Doctor and the nurses are very rude. My Child has, what turned out to be, a life threatening condition and they didn’t want to write a simple order for him to go get an ultrasound!! I ended up calling the ultrasound place myself and telling them to call and request an order! They mistreat people because they have no insurance. My Son’s insurance does not kick in until the 1st! He became sick between getting off my job insurance(he turned 26) and getting his own! River Region walk-in Doctors and Nurses are the worst! When we left, we got the ultrasound, and ended up at the hospital for emergency surgery! He is fine now! No thanks to River Region and those attitudes!!"

"Always a long wait. Rarely answer phones to take appointments. Have to basically come to the walk in clinic for anything you need. Then you come to the clinic and they tell you you need a regular appointment. Some locations better than others. One on blvd best location I’ve been to still long wait. Schedule appointment far out."
