Golden Corral Buffet & Grill 79 Shenandoah Drive, Lafayette, IN 47905

"Must have been bring your children to work night … meaning employees bring your own kids with you. There were four children running throughout the restaurant … everywhere. They would grab food from the dessert bar, throw it at each other, eat it with their hands, and even put the utensils in their mouths. The manager, when asked to speak with her, was rude and unprofessional. Obviously, some of the runners belonged to her. There one one waitress trying to keep the children out of the food … while who knows what the mothers/employees of the children were doing. The place was a mess … dirty tables from where the children had eaten (more than one), little hands all over the food buffets … let’s just say it was not a pleasant experience. I do believe the children were a bit young to consider this an educational experience!"

"First of all we went into the bathrooms to use the bathroom before we eat. The bathrooms didn’t have soap in the bathroom but had hand sanitizer only to use. It took us awhile to get some clean cups to finally drink out of. And the plates was dirty and stained. We let the waitress know about the plates. The food was hard and didn’t taste that good. We love Golden Corral but this one needs better management and possibly a remodel. I won’t be back to this location unless it changes. I’ll go to other locations and not this one."

"Overall, 4 stars, I came in during a rush hour on a Saturday from 5 to 6, and tried an assortment of different foods, and they were fine. The server was excellent with keeping drinks topped off. And a sort of loud environment. Would recommend."

"Filthiest place I've ever been. My waitress Spirit was amazing though. She was serving drinks to everyone and trying to clean while other employees were just hanging out at the beverage bar. Tables were so piled up that customers were asking for refunds because there was no where clean to sit."
