"The Domino’s Pizza on 38 in Lafayette IN, has to be the poorest managed store, I have ever seen. Your App sucks. Took my money then a delivery driver calls and tells me I cannot get my order because it’s out of delivery area- Yesterday they delivered fine- Asked for the name of District Manager, or Owner I was told NO. I asked for the store manager I was told he was Busy.. I looked up the owner- We will see if they care! TERRIBLE PLACE!!!"

"Over the weekend I ordered a pizza and a sprite. The pizza was simply just ok but the kicker for me was I didn't get my sprite. I reported on the app and got a free pizza for the mistake with the sprite. Today I figured I'd cash in the free pizza and there was one guy working behind the counter doing everything. This guy is dominos pizza!!! Best pizza I ever got from dominos EVER made quickly and perfect. 12/4/23 between 2 and 3pm whoever that guy was give him a raise dominos you need that guy and more people like him working ur stores!!! Don't play the game of what u can and can't do give him a GOOD I can live comfortably on this raise and keep him as long as u can he definatly deserves its for the hard work and sacrifices he makes for your store and your company. I worked food management long enough to know what good customer service is and what a good employee is and that guy has got it. If I had 10 employees like him in today's lazy self entitled world I would of never left the food buissness. Thank you to the employee for what you do and I hope to get another pizza made by you in my near future. I told myself before I ordered it would be my last dominos pizza and now because of you I wanna come back. THANK YOU!!! I plan on telling everyone I know about you brother!!!"

"do not order from this dominos, or any of the dominos in town owned by High Energy Pizza LLC- they won’t deliver your food until it’s 2 hours old. they won’t pick up their phone. the franchise owner ‘jimmy’ can’t be bothered to respond to messages and would rather be reported to the health department and dominos corporate for issues to be resolved. our pizzas were thrown around and smashed in their boxes, cold, covered in grease, and were made wrong. delivery system said it would be one hour, but they didn’t show up until after we called the store repeatedly to cancel- 2 hours later."
