Rainstorm Car Wash

"Wash, dry, and vacuums are great for the price. However they don’t spray your car off or wheels. The girl working in there I’ve had to sit there for extended periods of time and honk to get her to come out while she’s just with a phone call or texting. When guiding in I’m very use to driving into the track but my gf drove in and they just told her go forward, no left or right guidance. I’ve had some young gentleman in there who are very helpful and attentive. Need more like them who take pride in their work / service."

"They stopped spraying the vehicles down before entering the car wash. Quality of the wash is hit or miss. Some days you get more soap than other visits. Sometimes you get basically no soap. Inconsistent results. Non-working vacuums. Never enough staff. New spot opening up down the street in 2 weeks. Sign me up."

"They said they cant spray the car before going in the wash any more. The interactions and friendliness of the staff being reduced is bad for business. Ill change the review back to 5 once they allow spraying again. Helps get those spots the brushes don't reach."

"This carwash was great when it first opened but then all the staff got lazy. They stopped spraying the car off as you drive in with the exception of one employee, the parking lot is always a disaster area, garbage cans overflowing, and they take any chance to turn the vacuums off they can. I mean mildly sprinkling, they shut them off. I drive for ride share and I wash/vacuum my car daily so this is super inconvenient. I asked one of the staff one day about the vacuums as I drove into the car wash. He told me he would turn it on and then did not. Today, Me and another woman were vacuuming our Vehicles, as soon as I started to use the vacuum cleaner the staff shut off the vacuums while I was actively using it. I walked in the office to cancel my membership and 5-6 Employees were sitting in the office and I noticed that the same staff that told me he would turn the vacuums on previously and did not was there and was more than happy to help me cancel my membership. Not one employee tried to resolve the issue or offer to turn the vacuum cleaner back on for at least one minute so that I could finish what I was doing. I have been paying $40 a month for their membership for well over a year and the fact that I have to drive around to different gas stations and pay one to two dollars every day to vacuum my car because they either turn the vacuum cleaners off or there's only three out of 20 vacuums that even work is RIDICULOUS. Also the rinse cycle is approximately 5 seconds, when I get to the dryer there is ALWAYS soap flying off my car. When the prices increased I went online to try to adjust my membership to a lower price but you have to submit an email and your phone number, it gives you a message that they will call you but no one ever calls or emails and the price remains the same. You have to physically go into the office and have them adjust/cancel your account. This carwash is janky and I'll spend my money elsewhere."

"Very nice facility, unfortunately I paid $18 for a car wash equivalent to a gas station wash. The back of my car has tons of streaks from not be cleaned. Both sides of the car have same "dirty vs clean " streaks. Mycar is garage kept and newer, so I feel it could have done a better job."
