"TL;DR: Got laser on 4 areas, saw veryy minimal results. Owner/manager was very dismissive and said there's nothing they can do because they don't usually do touchups on previous work, despite that never being mentioned to me. Her solution was to ask me to buy a full package. Told me she'd get back to me, never did. I'll preface this by saying I'm really disappointed to have to leave a bad review, I was so excited to have them open a location near me. I had previously come here a number of times for other services and had a great experience, but the way the manager handled my one bad experience left a really bad taste in my mouth that I don't think I'll come back here for anything now. I scheduled 2 laser hair removal sessions a week apart back in December for 4 areas total, 2 of which were just touch ups that I'd had over 10 sessions on. I've gone to a couple of different laser places before, including the other Trouvaille location and have never had any issues and always noticed at least a decent decrease in hair growth no matter what. I waited over a month to see results and all 4 of the areas I had done here I noticed little to no difference in hair growth with the exception of a couple spots, like 75% of the area was no different. I called in to tell them about my experience and the girl that answered the phone said the owner/manager (I don't recall the exact title) wasn't in and she'd have her call me back. The owner/manager that called me told me there's nothing they can do because "they usually don't even accept touch up appointments when the rest of the sessions have been done some where else"....her solution was then that I could buy a full package. What?! First of all, if that's the policy, I should have been told that before treatment, but it was never, ever mentioned to me. Not to mention the bulk of my previous work on one of the areas was done at their other location, so what's the excuse there? Second, your answer to your poor service is to ask for more money? Like I said, I've never not seen results no matter where I've gone or if it was a touchup or not. I of course said absolutely not and she said she'd talk to the tech that did it and get back to me, of course I never heard back. Really disappointed. I was really excited about having a place near by, but the owner/manager response has me never wanting to go back there."

"It's been a year or so since I've been there, not for anything they did. I had Danielle, nicest and most knowledgeable about everything I was asking. I would like to come see her today. My 1st time I just walked in and they took me. I had never done anything like this before so I had no clue about prices, to my surprise, more reasonable than I expected.
