"I took my daughter in for a keratin treatment. She rushed the process. Her hair looked has if she just used the blow dryer. She pretented to flat iron her hair wants I enter back into the salon. Then she add an extra 10 dollars to the amount she told me over the phone. Then she finally told me I am not to experienced with black hair. I explained to her u are stealing from your customers and wasting their time, just to get money into the store."
