Shelly was so nice and is the sweetest. I love that it’s a family owned business, Ted and Shelly both treated me so well. Ted and Shelly always make me feel welcome and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They are very accomodating when fitting you in, especially when an emergency happens. I no longer live in the area, but still drive the 30-60minutes depending on traffic, for all of my car needs because they take care of me and always offer fair pricing for services done. It's so hard finding a mechanic you can trust as a woman without feeling taken advantage of, and I will continue coming to Pete's until I no longer need a car!"
