"Worst experience full of lying employees trying to take more money. One tire replacement took 5 hours and they lied saying all my tread on all tires is low when I have brand new tires from 8 months ago they told my they can fix my flat tire then another person told me they can’t, no one is on the same page"

"Bought a full set almost 2 years ago. Went today bc tire is losing air. Apparently I didn't buy the warranty. Guy was hostile was punching the credit card machine. I only asked if I can still purchase the warranty. Guy starts yelling at me saying they are 2 yo. Then he's says maybe I can but it depends on the mileage and wear. I then showed him my receipt and ask where my mileage is so I can tell him how many miles they. He says I never said anything about mileage. This guy was scary. I'm never going there again. I'd rather pay for tire rotations."

"My appointment was for 2 pm If you want to wait 3 hours 45 minutes to have your tires rotated this is the place for you!! Enjoy! I watched walk-Ins for over 2 hours take priority. Some advice, go to a reputable business and pay to have your tires rotated, when they offer free, you get what you pay for at this Just Tires."
