"Initially I was not going to complain of my previous experience with this location, but after today’s experience, it wouldn’t be right not to share this with the public. In my last experience I discovered that the employee working below, underneath my vehicle intentionally did not change my oil filter, which was part of my paid service. When they were called out on it, they apologized and only then proceeded to change it. My thoughts were to never go back again. But being conventionally in the neighborhood and me knowing what to look for, I decided to go back. This time, I wait in the line assigned to me by one of the employees for nearly 40 minute. Another customer pulls next to me and within five minutes is being serviced. When I informed the manager of how unfair the waiting line is structured, where a person who just arrived can be serviced before by a person waiting for over 40 minutes, his response was very unprofessional. I decided since I had waited so long, that I would proceed with the oil change with a very watchful eye, but would never visit another Jiffy Lube again."

"****BEWARE**Came in for an oil change. Worker forgot to put engine oil cap back on my car and oil spilled all over my engine and caused smoking throughout my car. Called in to rectify the situation and ask for a refund was told I could not receive a refund bc it was a “human error”. This establishment refuses to correct their mistake please do not give them your business."

"I wouldn’t recommend any jiffy lube… unless they really have an extensive background. Idk EVERYTIME I have got serviced by them something a few weeks later mess up… I would recommend Midas. Do not be cheap with your car maintenance. I went on for oil change and drainage. I ask that u also ask them questions. Not that they are a bad brand but because as a woman you need the knowledge or have a man around you a predominantly masculine energy that can protect against upselling and more."
