Prior to my appointment, I had a couple consultations where she gave me options of what I could do to my hair. One night I showed her a video of what I wanted my hair to look like, and that's exactly what she gave me. Throughout the process, she would reassure me when it was needed. The color is exactly what I wanted and it didn’t destroy my hair - it actually feels healthier somehow. I went shorter with the length than I planned and I’m so happy I did.
