"I would give them a higher rating if the guy who answers the phones regularly and runs the front was nicer. He was a major jerk… he looked at me as if I didn’t belong in the shop, and I was ready to just get back in my car and drive off. Then, stared at me from the garage window in the front while someone was helping me. The other man was nice and resourceful, which I greatly appreciated! Unfortunately, since being kind is such a struggle for some people, I will not be going back."

"Door trim work appears to be decent. Like many reviews....the older gentleman who answers the phone makes you feel like an inconvenience. I'd recommend this place to others still."

"Mechanic was extremely nice, helpful, and great person. The older gentlemen was rude, unprofessional and acted like i was hindering him by being there. I would not recommend having work done on your vehicle at this place, as the owner doesn’t believe in schedules, nor does he believe in timeframes. What I would recommend is hiring his mechanic directly."

"Terrible customer service. Old grey haired man was rude and wasn't listening to my question. I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment and if so how many days out were they. He told me repeatedly they couldn't give me an estimate for repair until they looked at it. When I asked again, so you can't tell me when I can schedule an appointment he told me I was being very vague. Was apprehensive about going here after reading the reviews, gladly they did not work on my project. Called Jack's auto and trim after leaving, took 1 phone call and he took care of me."
