"Today my parents were dropping off their Subaru for a repair, my father who is extremely particular on who works on his vehicles and knowledgeable himself on vehicles, actually traveled from a hour away to have his car fixed here which speaks volumes for me personally. This is after dad initially got lots of advice on troubleshooting the issue free of charge before finally bringing it in, being he did not want to handle the fix himself. While waiting for my parents, my brand new car would not start in their parking lot. Initially, i though oh my goodness, I must have left my lights on while parked and drained the battery. Free of charge, Jason, a mechanic or a technician brought a charging pack out to jump my vehicle. The battery was not the issue. The crew at the important doctors took the time to troubleshoot my vehicle issue related to the key fob and a security locking mechanism and my car stated once the issue was resolved. When contacting Mercedes Benz they suggested I have it towed to their service department and where no help on troubleshooting the issue. Relieved my vehicle started. I tried to offer some money out of gratitude, and both the technicians and mechanics refused and said they were glad to help. I think that just shows how kind professional and fair their crew is, and If I have a issue with my car I will not hesitate to take it in to the import doctors. Thank you so much for taking care of us even though my vehicle issue was not your issue, much gratitude :)"
"Craig and Dave continue to offer great advice about and professional care of my Lexus RX350. Today, the focus check of my front headlights and replacement of burned-out tail lamps was FREE. Imagine my surprise! As a woman, I appreciate reliable repair service at reasonable prices."
"Tom Steele recommended that I go to Import Doctors for a part that they couldn't replace. The Import Doctors were able to work with Mitsubishi and even though it took a couple of days they were able to get my car fixed. They treated me great and I recommend this place if you need something done on your Japanese Import."
"I have two different cars that I have had them work on. A Honda and an Acura. The Honda had a lower ball joint give out, and they repaired it quickly. The interesting thing was, they didn't try and upsell me anything. What I mean is, that would of been an excellent opportunity for a dirty shop to take advantage of a customer, they didn't. They could have made up a story about how this or that got bent or broken because the ball joint gave out, they didn't. Same deal with the Acura really. I had some wiring that had been chewed in half by some local rodent/s, and I asked them to just repair the wiring. Again, I feel like it could of turned into a upsell for a whole wiring harness, but it didn't. They did reccomend things that needed to be replaced, but again, that's not an upsell to me. I agreed with their findings. Straight forward in my opinion, bottom line."
"Pretty disappointed with the work we had done here. We took in our Subaru originally for some issues with our wheels, the first service we had the gentleman on the phone was pretty short with us but we tried to not be bothered by his rudeness as everyone is allowed to have a bad day. They fixed this issue and quoted us with engine repair for a few thousand dollars that they found while fixing the original issue. Our car was getting up in mileage we decided to take our car back and get this work done that they told us we need to have done, this work cost us a good amount of money. After sending our car back the second time, assuming that all the work that needed to be done had been, our check engine light as well as AT oil temp light came on after only driving it for about an hour. Our alignment was also off, and cruise control no longer worked. We did not have any of these issues before we sent our car here (besides the original wheel issues), but now after they said the repairs had been done we had more issues than we started with. We decided to take our car back for them to fix it. They then told us our wheel was bent, which they should have noticed the very first time we brought our car in since our wheels were making noise, as well as quoted us for an exhaust issue that we had previously fixed. They said nothing about our AT Oil Temp light which was our biggest concern. The new repairs would cost us over $400 after we just spent thousands to get our car to where they said it needed to be. We also noticed that our mileage did not change after we took it in, how do you know you fixed any issues without test driving the car? I am just overall very disappointed & upset and we will now have to take our car to another shop to make sure the work was done correctly as we have lost faith in Import Doctors. If you as a company are specialized in Subaru, you should be able to fix our issues the first time, and there should not be more issues every time we take our car to you. I feel like we have been conned out of a few grand by these guys, so this is a warning to any one planning on bringing your car there to be cautious."
