"Negligent! Stay far away! Went in for a simple oil change and came out of with a locked up motor. . Negligent & liars. Can't even change oil let alone check the oil level on the dip stick to verify it is at the correct level. Don't ever let these "mechanics" touch your truck. I won't ever take my truck here again and recommend anyone else to stay away unless you want an oil change to end up costing you a new motor and a law suit. I have a cummins diag that won't convert to a jpeg along with a blackstone oil sample of the oil that they changed and ran the motor with also can't convert to a jpeg. Pics of bearings, oil pan & oil filter attached below. As you can see it dosen't take much to damage a motor when it dosen't have the correct amount of oil in it."
