"Overall - good experience. The folks were kind and fun. Two notes worhty of mentioning: 1) be sure to remind the employees to ask before handling something on your vehicle - Ex: pushing in the mirrors while waiting in line - especially, when they are motorized mirrors. 2) Unfortunately, I will not be returning. The service cost was $100++ more than my service at the dealership (and that didn't include a tire rotation). Had the cost been somewhat competitive, I would have given a 5 star review."

"I went to this location (Jiffy Lube) to get my oil changed. They put less oil than proper level (on this car's dipstick proper amount is a bit above top line (see photo). The were trying to sell me on the cabin filter, but when I did not go for it, they did not even reassemble it back (see photo). Assuming this is just a mistake, I called them and talked to one of the managers. He told me that as long as it is above minimum it's proper. He started being RUDE to me and HANGED up. It is not - manufacturer states that with filter oil change, 4.6 quarts of oil needs to be added. I realized that this is not an accident - they are trying to save on oil. Last time they did oil change I suspect they did not change the oil filter (I have no proof - this is why I checked as soon as I brought the car home. As one with PhD, I can not stress enough how important oil is to the engine. The life of your engine depends on it. Likewise, customers are important to the business - they lost this one, and hopefully every other person who reads this and cares for their cars. I feel I have been deceived UPDATE: District Manager called me and apologized. He indicated this is not how they do business and that the person will be disciplined. I am impressed with their District Manager!"
