"October: Because they're so honest and upfront I took my wife's Explorer in to deal with a heating issue. Again, I am not a mechanically inclined guy so I trust they will treat me right and they did. Replaced the blending motor in about 90 minutes. As before the price was right and had no complaints. Later that afternoon he called to let me know it was finished and it was going to be less than the quote. Even better! As it turned out they didn't have to do as much as they thought. How many places operate like that? Normally it's get all you can. When I picked it up, Chip walked me through everything they had done, showed me internal pictures of my engine and gave helpful recommendations. He also had the worn parts for me, which I declined to see. After my personal experience I can assure you I will return and recommend them to everyone. I couldn't be happier! Well done!"
