"Bait and switch! I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation online. Price was to be about $130.00. The service writer threw a tablet with a signature line in front of me. I signed. When I arrived to retrieve my vehicle, I was hit with a $750.00 bill! The dealership supposedly performed a 90,000 mile service! This included stupid things like changing the key fob battery and the cabin filter. I just replaced these myself a few months earlier so I can guarantee that we didn’t discuss doing this work. If I could give zero stars, I would do so."
