"I was planning to use this business. I was visiting from out of town and booked to get my nails done on 12/23. I booked the appt online and read the cancelation policy and was aware of it when I booked. I had not been out yet that day and when I went to start my car to warm it up it would not start. I am not from here so I wasn't able to secure a ride to my appt. I called and no answer so I sent a message through the fb page. I first was trying to be sure they were open then I could not get my car to start. I woke up on 12/24 to a charge from them for canceling. I know about what the policy states but I'm in disbelief that a business would charge me knowing the situation was out of my hands. I would have been a first time customer and would have shared my honest review of the services I received. Unfortunately the policy left a terrible taste in my mouth and I refuse to patron this establishment and I will be sure to let my friends in Garrett know as well. I will definitely seek different services when I am in town in the future. I would think with the weather being what it was on 12/23 there would be some consideration involved."
