"Tried to upsale me on four different things on the phone. Ended up talking me into getting a PPF front windshield to protect my windshield from rock damage and added UV protectant. When I went to pick up my car, I found out the PPF was applied to the inside of my windshield. Tiffany tried telling me it was a safety added feature like I don't understand how laminated glass is made...also tried telling me that she only said it protected against shattering, not chipping damage. Automotive glass is laminated to reduce the shattering effect of impact damage. Essentially I was lied to on the phone for an upsale on some absolute worthless product and then picked up my car that smelled strongly of marijuana smoke. Don't take your car here...these people just want your money. They don't even clean the car very well. Smudge marks on my mirrors, bad ceramic coating that they argued about. Go somewhere else."
"Tore my leather seat getting in! I would never bother to get ziebart work done again. Very poor customer service. This was on an annual renewal. I will not be back. Who knows what they'll screw up next. Had a car "detailed" last time and had to complain and have them redo the seats. They never touched them prior. They should lose their franchise!"
"Well… Today I experience the worst customer service ever. I had taken my truck in to have the rust protection, undercoating, and windows tinted. I picked the truck up at closing time and they were in a hurry to get out of there. Once I got home, I looked the truck over. I noticed quite a few white bubbles in the tint (see pics). I am not a window tinting expert but, I have had the windows tinted in all the vehicles I have owned in my 28 years of driving. In my non expert opinion, this looked like dirt behind the tint. Seemed like a legitimate reason to take this in for a second look. I called in to the store the following day. When I told the lady on the phone, I think there might be some dirt behind the tint, and I would like to have them look at this. She very rudely told me I would need to wait 30 days before I bring this back. She also went into what sounded like a rehearsed speech on their shop is not a dust free environment. I accepted this and went on with my day anticipating calling back in 30 days. I finally got around to bringing the truck back, I called the day before, letting them know I would like to have it looked at. She said to just come by, and they would look at it. When I got there one lady was on the phone and a young man came out to look at my issue. He did not have much to say, we walked back in the store, and he began to whisper in the other lady’s ear what he seen. I am not sure what the secret was. The lady must have been on lunch and took the time to come out and look at my windows anyway. We walked back in, and she began to go over a very rehearsed speech on the window tinting process and what the warranty covers. I explained to her warranty or not I am not happy with the dirt in my windows. She said she would re-tint these, but I would need to pay for it. I could not believe it. At this point, the lady on the phone (Diane I think) was done. She told the other lady to go back to lunch and she would take care of me. She printed off my receipt and began with the rehearsed speech on the window tinting process, the warranty and how this was not a dust free environment. She was incredibly rude. I tried to stop her and explain my dis pleasure with the windows. She very rudely said “you need to listen to me, or I will just send you directly to customer service”. I let her continue with her speech as she took me in the back to see a vehicle that was getting prepped for tint. I did ask her how much dirt was allowable. That seemed to aggravate her, she explained this was not a dust free environment, again. I really have no idea what purpose this served. I could tell this was not her first time reciting this speech. We are now back in the front, and she has not even looked at my windows. I asked her if she would like to look at the windows, thinking this was an obvious issue and she would agree its not acceptable work. When she came out to look at the windows, she said “oh yea that is dust, and it will not get worse. We do not cover this. In fact, If we re-tint these it could be worse”. Holy SH!! I could not believe I was hearing this. I told her I could not believe this was acceptable work. I asked her if this was the best work they can do. This made her more aggravated and she began to argue with me like a teenager. I said I cannot believe you act like this in a customer service position. In summery read more reviews and do not take you vehicle here if you value honesty and integrity. Fact is they just needed to be accountable for their work and fix the windows. Now I am not only stuck with the bill but, I will need to pay another shop to remove their tint and re-tint the windows. I will never go back here and spread my experience with anyone who will listen."
