"We bought our Suburban from Kelly. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I come to the service department I drive through there overhead door get out and literally stand there for a minimum of 10mins. There will be at least 6 different people walk past me every time look at me in my face and not say a word. Today a car came in behind be and someone immediately helped the caucasian gentleman in the 2006 cobalt. This is the 3rd time this has happen today being the first where I truly felt discriminated angaint. Finally someone says have you been helped I say no he asked my name and said oh your anppointment isn’t until 10. If I can avoid coming here again. I definitely will and they can forget about us ever buying anything from them again."
"$2300 quote fixed with a $30 air filter. I’ve come here over 4 years for my Cruze maintenance. My check engine light came on so I brought it here, diagnostic cost me $150 (which took 2 days to do, I’m not sure why you make an appointment for them to get to it 6hrs later..) told me the MAF sensor needed replaced, only $250 so I went ahead and did that. Called me the next day and told me it was ready to go. Paid my $400 bill, got my keys, just to turn on my car and have the Check engine light still on… after they had said everything was ready and fixed. I immediately let them know. Had to leave my car there again. They called me later that day to tell me $2300 worth of work needed to be done to fix the problem, (injector Seals, cam cover, and front pipe) apparently I had “declined” this work even tho I wasn’t even informed previously. I spoke with the manager about my frustrations with the lack of communication, I was told it was an easy fix with the MAF sensor but wasn’t told the whole story. He refunded me my diagnostic and discounted the $2300 quote. I took my car in for a second opinion else where, so happy I did, because the air filter was not put back on properly when they replaced the MAF sensor, that’s what was still throwing the code… they looked over a tiny $30 issue and assumed it was a bigger issue instead, not entirely sure how a mistake like this could happen… People come to the dealership thinking they know what’s best, they’ll have the answers and trust they’ll take the best car of their vehicle. I honestly can’t stop laughing about it, saved over 2k by getting a second opinion. If I hadn’t stood up for myself I would’ve paid for unnecessary work on my car and possibly still had the air filter problem looked over."
"I have received excellent customer service with Kelley Chevrolet since 2007 and have purchased 3 vehicles from them. Everyone has been reliable and pleasant to work with and made me feel like a valued customer. Until today. I spoke with Mike Mulligan before 3pm today and requested shuttle service from work so I could pick up my 2019 Trax from Kelley. The shuttle service called after 4pm and said Mike had me scheduled for a 4:30 pick up. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated today."
