"I was disappointed because I was forgotten while waiting for my car. After 2.5 hours I went to the cashier to ask and the cashier found my paperwork said something like "not again". I believe my car had been done for a while. And then when I went to my car I don't think it had been washed."

"I have been battling with this dealership since I bought my 09 ram from them 2 years ago. The service department is a joke and the sales team has no knowledge of the vehicles they are selling. Never get the extended warranty from them it is a scam! My truck has been in and out of the service department several times due to the same issue and after this last visit my truck is un- drivable. I was told by the service advisor to take it to a different dealership to further diagnose the issue but how am I supposed to do that when they made my truck unsafe for the road? Avoid this dealership at all costs it’s not worth the stress and headaches"

Jennifer my service advisor told me they cannot do it because it was too rusty and it was going to cost “thousands of dollars to do” Went to pick up my truck around 4:30 and the guy working in service department was rude and impatient. Never taking any of my cars there again, normally go to Lexus but they sent me to Toyota for my truck"
