"Sloppy, more acrylic under the nails than on them, overcharged me when I refused any upgrades, my fingers are throbbing the next day from the guy overfiling the side walls and all of my nails are a different shape. Pretty much all of the bad things you hope your nail tech doesn't do. On top of that, nothing is clean or sanitized. All of the files, bits and brushes are dirty. Zero positives."
