"This is the most unprofessional hair salon I’ve ever been to. After making an appointment and calling back to verify that there was enough time allotted for the style I wanted done, I was forced to wait 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, only to be told that they didn’t have enough time to do what I requested. I asked to speak to a manager to voice my frustration and was told there was nothing they could do. I scheduled this hair appointment on Valentine’s Day, to be ready for an important date. Now I’m left with dull hair and a very sour taste in my mouth for the company. Don’t waste your time and money here. I’ll never return."

"I went in today just to get some headbands for myself and when I went to checkout the girl up at the cashier was very sweet. She had such a positive attitude and we had a nice conversation while she was checking me out. So, I wanted to let Ultra Beauty know that hiring Daisy was a very good decision. "Moved to SW FW from Austin, TX in Dec 2021. Have tried 3 salons but wasn't happy with any of them. Unfriendly, uninterested stylists, too busy, over priced, not that talented for the money I had been paying...Until this last September when I visited this Ulta and had Zoe cut my hair. What a breath of fresh air! She's friendly, VERY talented, sweet, a great caring listener, and makes my experience more than just getting pushed through processes like the other stylists and salons I've tried here. Got a full highlight today with her which was a gift from my son for Christmas, and I had the best time visiting with her throughout the afternoon. She's a master level stylist and knows her stuff! The color is perfect, the cut I got was flawless, my hair shines and looks great! Zoe, I've found my permanent home salon at Ulta! You're the BEST!"

"Riley has done my hair several times and I have never NOT been super impressed with the outcome. She's walked me through the jitters of never having someone other than my mom (a former stylist) cut my hair for more than 30 years and helped me find my own style as we slowly went from just trimming my hair to biting the bullet and going purple. She does an excellent job talking through the process and explaining what she's doing and what products she's using. As far as general service, everyone I've spoken to has been friendly and helpful."

"I don't shop here much but the salon is wonderful. I have seen both Cassandra and Riley multiple times and always leave feeling great. I've had some other stylists as well but they are the two I saw repeat times. They and the other employees are nice and helpful. Scheduling is easy to do online and the prices are posted online so you know what to expect already."
