"There was no receptionist and the lobby was closed which is why I rated it a 3. My designer, Michelle Dailey, had a very nice private area. There was no interaction with anyone else. It was like a private salon within The Oak Salon. I don't know if the other stylists have private areas. I only saw the lobby and Michelle's area. I was treated very well. Everything, including payment, was handled in her private area. No waiting to pay or schedule a future appointment. Michelle is very efficient and professional and gives a great cut."
