"I called over the phone to schedule an appointment and I asked what the prices were. The day of my appointment I was running behind because we were moving. So I didn’t get to put myself together. I was on time to my appointment I just looked a mess. I could instantly tell that I was being judged by one lady specifically. She ended up being the one I booked with it too. I brought an extra $20 to leave a tip for a haircut. At the end when I was ready to pay she gave me a completely different price than I was given. I didn’t add anything extra but somehow it went up $15 in Price. So I decided not to tip. I felt like it was unprofessional to give one price and then change it in person. She would have gotten more from me had she not done that and I would’ve been a repeat customer. She probably assumed that I was just a one time customer and that I wasn’t going to leave a tip so she charged more to make sure she got a tip. It has been a while since this happened but I was looking for Salons and remembered I didn’t leave my review yet on why I refuse to go back there."

There was a little whoopsie I noticed after styling at home and Savanna was quick to reply and get me on her book for a quick fix.
